YAY MEL had a wondeful day at school today, despite the fact that she had to hand in TWO FREAKING 2000 WORD ESSAYS FOR HISTORY ASSIGNMENT, and the fact that she thinks she screwed up econs test with her BULLSHIT (EVEN FROM GEOG YA'LL!) -.- TRUTHFULLY, I do miss that subject. I always had an inclination for it. But seriously speaking, it doesn't take me anymore unless I decide to be a geologist or something along that line. Come to think of it, history doesn't really take me far as well. Besides the fact that it stimulates my thinking and makes me SMARTER! LIKE MRS ANNABEL CHIA (THE IJ HISTORY TEACHER) SAYS: SMART PEOPLE TAKE HISTORY! -GRINS. Well so anyway, my weekend was just saturated with history. BOTH SEA AND INTERNATIONAL. EEKS, don't think I'll touch those for a week! I slept really late for THREE nights consecutively, ALL IN THE NAME OF HISTORY. SHEESH.
OK, so today for history we had a POP QUIZ! not exactly POP, but yeah a quiz nonetheless. IT WAS AWESOME! I had so much fun that on the way home I had to prevent myself from grinning and laughing to myself while thinking about what happened during the quiz. HAHAHA, MRS CHIA (THE RJC HISTORY TEACHER NOW) IS THE MOST HILARIOUS TEACHER AROUND. Her joke about Kern wanting to be either Mother Mary of Joseph with his blue towel thing draped around his head was AB-SOLUTELY HILARIOUS. (NOTE AB. It's a class joke. I laughed so hard I swear I'll get abs in no time!) As usual, the WOMENFOLK OF S07B PWNED the MENFOLK OF S07B's ASSES. :D YAY. It was really enjoyable!
Subsequently, I spent the whole time in the canteen CRACKING JOKES AND LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF AGAIN. Like seriously, today is un-officially 'TICKLE-ME-PINK-WITH-JOKES' DAY. Even in the lift, Amanda Soh, OLI, YILIN, ELAINE and I were laughing so hard, that when the lift door opened at the 6th floor (we were on the way to the 7th for chem and SEA tutorial), a teacher waiting for the lift said indignantly: "you do know this is a school right, KEEP IT DOWN." We hardly took notice of her and just apologised profusely. When the lift door closed, we just simply burst out in laughter again. LIKE WHAT A GREAT DAY! I laughed till I cried (which isn't very difficult to achieve, but I haven't done that in a long time) at Yi-Lin's JOKE: WHAT DID THE DOG SAY TO THE TREE? ANSWER: BARK. HAHAHAHAHA I still think it's funny. AND AND AND TOOMBA! That is just hilarious. (:
I realise that I've not updated everyone about council interview either. I think it was all right, could've been worse and better at the same time. I got MRS CHIA, SRUTHI (BB CAPTAIN!) AND JASON (COUNCIL HEAD OMG) as my interviewers. Rather lucky to get Mrs Chia I suppose. They asked plenty of questions, some of which did stump me (because I never really prepared for it and also that they were shocking questions). Hopefully I did well enough to make it to the campaigners' list. That will be simply delightful. I could've sworn Jason thinks I'm weird. He kept frowning throughout the interview. Not a good sign in my opinion yeah. Oh well.
Anyway, I've got lots of homework to complete for the last week of school. ): at least the short break is approaching! Hopefully I'll be able to catch up then! CIAO!
